City secure signing of Matt Birley

"I am delighted to get the chance to play for Worcester City again"

City have completed the signing of former player, Matt Birley for the coming 2017 / 2018 season.

Joint Manager, John Snape is "happy to be working with Matt again and believes he will bring a big attacking threat"

Matt needs no introduction to the City fans as he donned the famous blue and white stripes from 2009-2013.

He has recently been plying his trade at Halesowen Town but has jumped at the chance to return to the club.

On signing for the club, Matt says "I am delighted to get the chance to play Worcester City again"

More signings will continue to be announced over the coming days
