The tour is now booked and I am sure you are all starting to look forward to it as much as I am. Fundrasing
It is really important that some one takes responsibility to organise a 'doo' or devises some kind of money making idea. Any amount of money will help towards the cost of the tour and the more money we make then the better the tour will be.
At present there is about £500 in the bank but most of this will be used on drink/tour clothing which does not leave very much money for anything else. the aim is to raise enough money so that each person on tour gets a full playing kit, polo x2. If anyone has any fundrasing ideas or would like to help out with the race night then please see Chris Tweddle.
I am in the process of organising a race night for Saturday 3rd March and which will start at 7 first race 7.30 this night should include food and a little entertainment.
