4 days ago By Paul Armstrong

Reds will kick-off their 32nd campaign of Northern Premier League football with a home game against Stafford Rangers.

The Evo-Stik Premier Division gets underway on 18 August with Reds facing four games fewer this term.

The first away game is at Bamber Bridge whilst their first ever meeting against promoted Basford United (Nottingham) is scheduled for the last Saturday in September.

Title favourites South Shields will host Reds on Tuesday 9 October with the return at Borough Park in March.

Reds will travel to Lancaster City on Boxing Day and welcome Stalybridge Celtic to west Cumbria on New Year’s Day. The return against City will be on Easter Monday, the final home game of the season.

They conclude the regular campaign on 27 April at Scarborough Athletic.
Reds will begin their interest in the FA Cup on 8 September with involvement in the FA Trophy commencing on 27 October.
