Club Presentation Evening - Saturday 30th June

Worle JFC will be holding it's Trophy/Presentation evening for all teams on Saturday 30th June 2012 at Kewstoke Village Hall.
The plan at the moment is to stasrt at 12noon with the U 16's V Past players, the winners taking on a Managers/Coaches/Parents team. There will hopefully a bar and BBQ run throughout the matches. This will be co-ordinated by Dave Edmonds and Ben Coombes. This should finish about 3pm??
At approx 6pm we plan to have a registrations 'sign in'. This will be for those players wishing to play in their respective ages for the Worle JFC teams in the 2012/13 season. This will enable players/parents to complete this in 'one hit' so that this is all done and completed on the day.
Then at 7pm the doors will be open for the Trophy/Presentation evening. A bar will be run, BBQ and disco.
Night will close at 11pm.
