We have been informed that on the following dates there will be a large MORNING cross country event held on the KLBS site. With that and the sports centre, the WCSF pitches and possibly also rugby, there are going to be parking issues.
• The New Road gate will be open and WCSF encourage as many of you as possible to park there. Liaison officers should make their opposition aware, please.

• If you do park in the KLBS car park it is essential that you do NOT park in the small fenced off car park as this will be locked at the end of the race meet and you will not be able to retrieve your car later on.

18/10/14 (L2 v Thornbury @ 1030, B1 v Newent @ 1200)
15/11/14 (B1 v Lansdown @ 0900, L1 v OBs @ 1030
06/12/14 (L2 v Westberries @ 1030)
17/01/15 (L1 v Westberries @ 1030, B1 v Lydney @1200)

Times are:

Organisers on site from 09:00 – 11:00 (12:00 on 17/01/15)
Race 10:00 – 10:40

So it shouldn’t effect afternoon games
