The funeral will take place at Norwich Cathedral at 1pm with a request for no black dress and family flowers only.
Donations would be greatfully received to NNUH Oncology Department via Allcock Family Funeral Services, Falcon House, 96a City Road, Norwich, NR1 2HD.
Following the service a private Cremation will be held.
The family would like to invite the Congregation to Wroxham Football club to celebrate Kenny's life directly after the service.
