With 7 teenagers on show, 16 year olds Sam Harty and Jordan Attree were the pick of the bunch as a disjointed performance in the first half settled down into a more solid looking unit during the second period.



Nineteen year old midfield player Jordan Southgate seemed to settle very well at C Back, on a pitch more suited to a defensive game than flowing attractive football.



Chances for both sides were few and far between, with the youngsters struggling to get any real rhythm with the ball until the second half. Both sides glanced the bar and a free header 6 yards out early in the second period, should have been buried to put the Yachtsmen ahead.



However both sides will be happy that the players had more football under their belt, and we would like to thank Thetford for their hospitality.
