WYKE STREET RUGBY

Wyke ARLFC in partnership with the West Yorkshire Police and the Bradford Bulls launch a campaign to get young people off of the streets and into sport.

The project is known as 'Street Rugby'. The sessions take place in Wyke Recreation Park evey monday afternoon during the summer, starting at 2pm and running till about 4pm. During the session the young people are taught the core skils of Rugby League by fully qualified coaches. Each session normally contains both fun and serious activities.

If the project continues to prove successful it will probably run during each school holiday.

Further updates to follow.
