Wyke under 16 player Cameron Scott has just returned from France where he has been playing for England in a two game series against the French national team.
Cameron was selected as starting centre for the first game against the French and he capped off a brilliant debut by scoring his first try England. His try helped the English win the game 28 – 18.
In the second test Cameron was again selected to start at centre, this time Cameron went one better and bagged himself a brace of tries. His two tries helped England win the game 28 – 20, and also allowed England to record a 2 – 0 series whitewash over the French.
With Cameron starting his second season with the Bradford Bulls the England tour of France caps off brilliant couple years for the young player, and on behalf of everyone associated with Wyke A.R.L.F.C. I would like to offer our congratulations to Cameron on a great achievement.
