With over 100 playing members, plus parents, volunteers and other supporters involved with the club, we now need a Membership Secretary to help us keep on top of all the details - especially as we expect more people will get involved with the club through initiatives such as Girls' and Women's Cricket and our new Yapham CC Supporters' Club.

Working with the General Committee, the Membership Secretary will help the Club:

Develop and maintain a database of contact details, including making it easy to update details when they change

Develop ways to make communications easier so everyone is kept up to date with events and developments

Ensure player registrations are up to date for the various Leagues

Help ensure that the Club collects all annual membership subscriptions

Someone familiar with databases and with good administration skills, and who could help us use our website functionality and social media to communicate effectively would be ideal.
