This week the team travel over to Aldridge RFC for their final away fixture of the league season. While on their travels Yardley have not had the best of results, only picking up a couple of losing bonus points, this however does not reflect the effort the team has made to try and break this dry spell.

On the flip side Aldridge RFC have not had the greatest of seasons but looking through their results they have put up a good fight in most of their fixtures. So with all this in mind this week is Yardleys final chance of a desperately wanted away victory, and Aldridge destined for league 5 after this their final fixture of the season, I for one am certain they will want to go out and play for pride.

Aldridge of past have been known for their big strong pack but of late the pack Yardley has been emerging as a growing force in this years fixture list, hardly taking a backward step and dominating many scrums, this battle should be a good watch for the forward thinking of you out there.

So with both teams eager to get the win for totally different reasons this could be one hell of fixture for the support that will be following Yardley to witness on their final trip of the season. So the team urges all support to shout it loud and cheer them on as they go for broke to get the result they want and you desrve.
