Race Night
Many thanks to everyone who helped to make our Race Night such a success. We sold enough horses for six races and accordingly awarded six prizes to the proud race winners. Doc helped more than a little by buying ten horses – two of which won their races!!

This year’s event was the best attended such event by club members – over 40 in total.
Our new race organiser provided eight races and then we ended the evening with our traditional Auction Race. The usual Jackpot and new Race Card ( a sort of mini Tri-cast) helped to raise extra funds. Congratulations to everyone who won, including Jon Smith and Gavin Hetherington, and commiserations to all who lost (especially Glenn).

Terri Chagger supplied a sumptuous feast that was thoroughly enjoyed by all those present. Many thanks Terri for all your hard work.

Many thanks to all who came and enjoyed our first fund raising event of the year. Your quizmaster has now started thinking up some devious questions for our quiz night on 17th February. Is the date in your diary yet – it ought to be !!!!!!!!
