Concussion Survey

You are invited to take part in an online survey regarding concussion in amateur rugby union.

If you are over 18 years of age and currently play rugby union between RFU league levels 3-9 (specifically 1st and 2nd teams) then you are eligible for the study.

The study is devised by a Leeds Beckett University student and will take only 5 minutes to complete and hopes to gather information to assist the understanding of concussion in amateur rugby.
