The Yarnbury u15's won the Yorkshire Cup with the last kick of the game at West Park Leeds against Old Brodleians, to become 'Champions Of Yorkshire'!
A Yarnbury team has never won or even appeared in the final before and it required the steady nerve of captain Darwin King to kick the penalty in the dying seconds of the game.
Yarnbury looked doomed when Old Brodleians went over for a try with only minutes to go. However after the failed conversion it gave the Yarnbury team hope and they managed to get down the other half to put pressure on the defence.
