ATP Overview

Dear Club Members, Supporters and Friends,

Yateley Hockey Club needs your help!

As you hopefully know, the club has a well advanced plan to build its own playing facility at Eversley Sports Association (ESA), and has now reached a point where planning permission has been submitted, and a large portion of the funding has been conditionally secured. “Conditionally secured” means that without the club addressing the remaining shortfall of funds to complete the build, we risk losing the grants, and this is where we need your help to ensure we can realise our goal.

A key part of the fundraising plan from the outset was donations from members and supporters towards the project costs, and we are now pleased to announce three levels of recognition and thanks for people who are generous enough to donate towards the astroturf build. Details of the clubs are below. They aren’t intended to be a reward or prize, they are there as an ongoing recognition of the more significant contributions, financial or not, that people have made towards the project, and they each carry some benefits.

With your generous support, we will be able to realise the goal of the ATP project and be able to provide a better hockey experience for everyone at the club, and more opportunities for the club to make strides towards its longer term goals.

If you would like to make a donation, there are a couple of ways to do this.

1.Visit the club website (www.yateleyhockey.co.uk), and follow the link to the JustGiving page where you can donate directly and we can claim back gift aid directly. (you can do this anonymously if you wish)

2.Contact either myself (rob_rowe@hotmail.co.uk) or Chairman Sarah Foley sfoley@epicor.com

Every contribution, no matter how big or small, is gratefully received (and needed !).

Many thanks for your support

Rob Rowe – YHC Fundraising Lead and Vice Chairman
