A team of YHC members have been busy organising a charity ball in aid of our Astro pitch project at YHC. This is going to be a large event that we are hoping to raise a significant amount of money from.

One of the key ways we are hoping to raise money is to have an auction on the night.

I am hoping that a request for a donation for an auction item from someone who works within a company is more likely to get a positive response. This in mind, there is a draft donation letter in the document area of the website here

Please feel free to adapt and amend and forward to contacts that you think may be in a position to support, donate an item, experience or similar for our auction.

In return we can offer discounted tickets to attend the ball and also a marketing opportunity where an advert can be placed into a programme that will be circulated on the night.
