As you will all know, we are holding a Grand Ball this year to continue to raise funds for our astroturf pitch project. As part of this Ball we will be holding an auction. This was a huge success last year and we were lucky enough to have some wonderful donations which came from people within and outside the club.

This year we would like the ball to be even bigger and raise us as much as possible to support our fundraising efforts. This is where your help comes in! We need your help to secure as many auction and raffle prizes as possible.

Please find attached a donation letter which can be printed out and used to help ask for donations from businesses and contacts you may have.
