PREVIEW: Yate Town v Dorchester Town - FA Trophy

3 weeks ago By Sebastian Parker

Big game at Lodge Road tomorrow as we entertain Southern Premier Dorchester Town in FA Trophy First Qualifying Round.

Yate Town look to continue their fine form tomorrow afternoon, and will attempt to go one better than last season in the competition.

The visitors will be no easy task though, but Yate Town manager Polly believes having acquitted ourselves well against previous teams at a higher level already this season in Salisbury we can more than match the away side.

Form Guide:
Yate Town - WWWLW
Dorchester Town - LWDLL

Team News:
Price is unavailable for the game and David Sims-Burgess misses out due to injury, as does Josh Cann.

Nick Peare is fully fit and available after training all week and his cameo appearance in our win against Highworth last weekend.

Polly's View:
This is the third time we have been drawn against teams from a higher league, in cup competitions this season, having acquited ourselves well in the previous two games, we hope we can do the same tomorrow against Dorchester Town. Our belief is high at the moment but we know we are in for a tough contest tomorrow afternoon.
