Membership Application Forms and Fees 2018-19

PLAYING FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS & SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP:

Membership commences 1st July and expires 30th June. Please scroll down to download/print the application form for completion and submission to the club secretary along with your payment for processing. Please note, ALL applications are vetted and may be declined by the Club without appeal.

In order to comply with Player and 3rd party insurance requirements of the FA and League(s) in which the club participates ALL players, team managers and coaches (Junior, Youth, Senior) and Management Committee must be fully paid up subscribing members of the Club BEFORE playing or being included in any squad/team or playing any role in organising/operating any team/club related activity - there are no exceptions to this requirement.

Please get a form from your team manager OR download, complete and submit the Application form via your team manager.

Note: Irrespective of when membership is taken out, a full season subscription will be due. If during the course of the membership, the member leaves the club, then no pro-rata refund of any balance membership period will be made.


FAMILY PLAYING MEMBERSHIP includes complimentary entry (normally £8 per adult) to ALL 1st team HOME LEAGUE GAMES at In2itive Park for the family (2 Adults and up to 4 children U12) of the card holder. Additional member benefits such as discounts at local retailers and service providers are listed in the match-day programme. There are also substantial member discounts on the hire of social facilities at In2itive Park.


SOCIAL MEMBERSHIPS:

Social membership subscriptions do not include any complimentary access to any HOME matches and the appropriate entrance fee shall be due on the day.

Individual: £25 per season

Family: £40 per season


Social and Associate Playing Members shall have no right to attend AGM's or EGM's and have no voting rights whatsoever.


Membership Cards MUST be carried at all times when on club premises. All memberships are granted at the discretion of the Management Committee and may withdrawn without notice or appeal.


Function Room Hire - Members Discounts:

Members are entitled to varying discounts (between 30%-50%) on hire fees when hiring the clubs function room(s) according to the type of event, numbers attending etc. Please contact the facility manager (Roger Pope - 01733 244928)to discuss your specific function requirements and the discounts that may apply.

Please see the match-day programme for details of local businesses that give discounts to Yaxley FC members. Please show your membership card to be eligible for discounts.
