***Calling all Yaxley FC players, Management, Parents and Supporters*** A meeting on the next phase of the clubs development is to be held on 29/04

Club Statement -

Yaxley FC are close to revealing plans for further future development at an upcoming meeting at In2itive Park.
The Cuckoos are on target for the second highest finish in the football league pyramid in the clubs 114 year history and they aren’t planning on standing still.
At a recent Management Committee meeting, approval was given to restructuring proposals which will be shared with all junior, youth and senior team members and management, parents, guardians, senior players and supporters on 29th April, 7pm at the club house, In2itive Park.
The meeting will discover the next phase of the clubs football development plan (including the integration/inclusion of all age groups into the club-wide plan), the further development of playing, sporting and social facilities for all age groups, the creation of an exciting academic facility that could see apprenticeships available and most importantly of all, having the means to attain and sustain the highest possible level for our 1st Team in non-league football.

Club President Jeff Lenton told Yaxleyfc.com “This is probably one the most important meetings that the club has held in many years and is an opportunity for everyone not just to see what's being planned, but being able to see where individuals can have a real and meaningful role and help play a part in making it happen.”
“A key part of our plan is to work in partnership with Luke Weston and his Total Sports business that many local schools and colleges already know, adding new teams in the Junior and Youth age groups in the areas where we currently have gaps. Any prospective managers who would like to find out more about how we work, where we are going and the benefits of belonging to Yaxley FC are very welcome to attend.”
At the meeting on the 29th, Weston and first team Manager, Brett Whaley will describe to the meeting various aspects and policies regarding the Junior, Youth and Senior sections and how the teams will be much more closely involved in all club activities and benefit from new initiatives.
Jeff Lenton plans to address the meeting on “...the challenges that face the club and the important role that members, supporters and the expanding community can play in helping to achieve our goals and ambitions.”
There is lots of hard work going on every day to build the club and with a shared vision and goal for all to aim towards this effort will be even more effective than currently.
All are welcome to attend and hear more about the next phase for the club. Please contact us through the link on the website for more information.
