Please note that in accordance with the Yaxley FC Constitution, proposals for inclusion in the Agenda should be given in writing to the Secretary at least 7 days before the date of the AGM. Any other business not so proposed will only be allowed for discussion at the discretion of the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting.

There will be a meeting of the elected management committee immediately following the AGM.
