Due to the intricacies of the Constitution on the night of the AGM, the posts of 1st XI captain and 2nd XI captain were unable to be completed. As a result it is intended that an EGM will be held on the Wednesday 10th December 2014 at 7.30pm. The venue will be announced in the next few days.

Whilst all members are welcome, only full and country members are eligible to vote for these posts. Postal votes are acceptable by standard post or e-mail provided they are received no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting. E-mail votes should be sent to either Yasmin, BB or myself.

Nominees will be posted within the next 7 days, and any persons wishing to stand should make themselves known to a member of the Committee. Nomination and seconding of the candidates will take place at the EGM.

It would be handy if those wishing to attend could advise either by Facebook or e-mail so a suitable venue can be chosen, the weather conditions are not ideal for the Pavilion and number attending in person will decide the size of the venue required.

Following feedback from various members, over the course of the winter we will be working with members on how areas of the club can be improved and look to address any concerns regarding playing matters. This can only be achieved by openness and cooperation with members, if you have any ideas, suggestions or concerns please contact a member of the committee or myself so that YBCC can continue to develop in the right manner.
