FRIDAY 14TH MAY to TUESDAY 18TH 2010
We are looking to run a tour to the Algarve with a game on the Saturday; we're asking all those who wish to join us on this prestigious tour to let us know as soon as possible. The cost of tour will be £200 approx which will include 4 night's accommodation, return flights from Bristol airport, all transfers, kit and a substantial beer kitty.
In order to go on tour for this price we are looking for all potential tourists to get a minimum of £100 in by October 24th 2009 so as we can book the flights cheap, if you can't get the money by then your more than welcome to pay in instalments, but your seat on the plane won't be booked until you've covered the price of the flight.
As always with tour we are running a number of tour fund raisers to reduce the cost of tour and increase the beer kitty. All tourists are expected to participate in theses events; pegs, scorecards, rugby forecasts, gimmicks, lottery ...
