As we may all be aware Callum McKenzie, one of our young players was seriously injured in an accident last Saturday.
Callum, suffered serious head injuries in the collision, which happened only 100 yards from his home.
The youngster, was last night in a stable condition in Leeds General Infirmary following the accident on Saturday lunchtime.
Today Callum has been moved to a ward and is in and out of consciousness. It’s not sure whether he's recognising people or is unable to talk, the nurses say it's too soon to tell, but he is breathing by himself.
Our thought and prayers go out to Callum and his family. The whole club is behind them and hope he makes a full and speedy recovery.

2 convincing wins game our way last weekend with the under 12’s recording a magnificent win; 58-0 against Ovenden. Coach Andy Dudman said; “it was just one of those days when everything comes together, we were superb in attack and our defence was tremendous”. Our under 15’s hosted Eastmoor and were equally as prolific as the 12’s with a 58- 10 victory. Under 9’s also playing at home were, however, unlucky to miss out, narrowly, to Townville Tigers. The side is developing nicely and we look forward to them moving into under 10’s for 2014. View Item »
