4. To receive the Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2012.
5. Chairman’s comments.
6. To elect Officers and Members of the Management Committee for the season 2012/13.
7. To appoint the Honorary Independent Accounts Examiner for the season 2011/13.
