Ystradgynlais RFC

This weeks ‘Ystrad & The Celebs’ stars Australian scrum half Will Genia along side Huw Richards and his son Charlie.

The Ystradgynlais duo met up with the scrum half and the entire Australian squad at a Wallaby open day in Darling Harbour, Sydney over the weekend.

They managed to get an Australian jersey signed by the entire squad, had a pass around with Nathan Sharpe (whose father is Welsh) and gave Berrick Barnes some stick for saving his best rugby for the Welsh games.

The Wallaby squad were very friendly and welcoming to the Richards boys.

Huw is currently working down under and the family are enjoying the experience of living in the Sydney area. Australia’s gain is our loss!
