Junior Honours

Avonmouth well represented over the Christmas Break

As many are aware this seasons rugby schedule has been slightly different to others for junior rugby. Priority for school rugby season takes place between Sept/Dec, the new year see's the start of the county/academy season take shape from Jan/April and our ever expanding Junior section has been well represented over the Christmas break.

Just before Christmas Lewis Davies (from our u15's) a Bristol Rugby PDG member represented and captained a Bristol Schools side.
Soloman Taufa-O'Brien (from our u16's) was selected to play and represent Bristol Academy Vs Cardiff Blues Academy at Cardiff Arms Park.
This weekend saw Lewis Bird & Flynn Dolan (from our u16's) both represent Somerset County u16's in a fixture Vs Devon u16's
and Adam Thorne (from our u16's) represented Bristol Schools Vs Cornwall u16's.

To gain honours at county level or academy level is a great achievement and a testament to their hard work, all these boys should be very proud of themselves.
Keep up the good work boys & fingers crossed a few more from the black and red of Avonmouth are given the opportunity to gain honours soon.
