A fully structured programme has been devised by new senior coach Martin Balshaw for pre-season training and throughout the season.

New players are always welcome with no obligation. Feel free to bring a friend along for just the fitness side or anyone who is interested in taking the game up.

Training takes place each Wednesday at 7:00PM
