Junior Belles - Team Awards

By Karen Wheeler

Junior Belles receive awards at Banbury Rugby Club Junior Dinner

Congratulations were in order at Banbury Rugby Club's Junior Dinner held in May where our very own Junior Belles again made history by being the first Junior Girls team in attendance at the dinner. A great night was had by all, topped off with some silverware going to our very own Head Coach Charlotte Eggleton and some of our Junior Belles!

Congratulations went to
Sophie Wheeler who won U15 Player of the Year
Ella McAvoy who won U15 Most Improved Player of the Year
Erin Turner who won U13 Player of the Year
Georgie Wilkinson who won U13 Most Improved Player of the Year

And Sophie Wheeler who received Players Player of the Year as voted by her fellow teammates.

Well done to all you girls and to the team for making for the first season of the Junior Belles such a success!
