Camborne Cricket Club - For the love of the game

Last Minute Overseas Signing

By Neil Symons

Camborne's 1st XI squad have received a massive boost by the signing of South African left arm slow bowler Sage Masher.

Masher, step-son of former Mullion, Helston, St Buryan and Cornwall batsman Wayne Vincent, is also a useful middle order batsman and is said to be an excellent fielder.

Having arrived in the county today, Sage was met at Roskear by players and officials, and is excited about the season ahead. He will train with the squad tomorrow evening and hopefully make his debut at Gorran on Saturday.
