Alex Ducker joins Redruth

The Cherry & Whites leading try scorer from last season Alex Ducker has moved down the road to join National 2 outfit Redruth. The flying winger moved to the Red City at the start of last season but that didn't work out and he made his way back to 'Town' via Penryn.
The Reds will be extremely pleased with the signing following the departure of several senior players and their head coach over the last few weeks. New head Coach Marek Churcher is very confident despite these departures and predicts a top 3 finish for his squad.

Alex will be a big loss to the squad but the blow has certainly been lessened with the arrival of wingers Tom Notman and Taff Roko who are both looking good in pre-season. We would like to wish Alex all the best for the forthcoming season.
