1sts win and draw over festive period

CUP FC 1st team ended 2018 with a win and a draw to go 6 matches unbeaten in the Kershaw Premier.

On Saturday 22nd December, the 1sts hosted Brampton at the Cass aiming to keep up the good form. A solid first half, followed by an impressive second, ensured a comfortable 5 - 2 victory. Chandler, making his debut after completing a dual registration from Godmanchester Rovers, grabbed a hat trick with another debutant Unwin, and Gwynne, on the scoresheet.

The 1sts travelled to Eaton Socon on Saturday 29th looking to extend their unbeaten run, which they did with a 2 - 2 draw as the hosts fought back late on after being 2 - 0 down. Hall, making his debut after a spell out football, scored CUP's first with Knight-Percival getting the second.
