Braces from Blair and Clarke sent the U15s into a cup semi final spot

Carniny travelled to Belfast mid week to play premier league team Willowbank and it was Carniny who hit the ground running when Ryan Clarke broke through and scored after two minutes Carniny made it two nil when Joe Blair scored after 21 minutes halftime two nil.

The second half saw more of the same from Carniny and Blair made it three nil. Willowbank were awarded a dubious penalty to make it 3-1 then a defensive mistake made it 3-2 but credit to all the Carniny lads they dug in and went on to score their fourth when Clarke got his second to make the score 4-2 and put Carniny into the semi final of the supplementary cup final score 4.2
