What a game this was for the neutral. The game just constantly went from end to end, there was some brilliant goalmouth action and some really well taken goals from both teams. Leo Ward in goal was again excellent with great saves and was so quick off his line with some great blocks. Jack McCrickard and McCauley Shields where excellent in defence. McCauley’s passing is getting better every week and jack’s tackling was first class. Jack even got on the scoresheet with a tidy finish late on. Oliver Duddy was again excellent in midfield and battled hard all game. Mathew McDonald also was excellent his surging runs forward caused problems all day, one of which ended in a really well taken goal in the first half. He was unlucky not to get a couple more. They where backed up by Mark Kernohan who worked hard and is now starting to show a bit of composure on the ball. Up front Jamie Quigley, Jamie Black and Mathew Ewart caused problems all game. All worked hard and all got on the scoresheet. The pick of which was probably Jamie Black’s solo effort in the first half. Great effort boys.
