U16’S UP TO 3rd AND CLIMBING

Catching up with games is a priority for the U16’s right now and the double header away to bottom side Brockham (Cobham pictured here in the away kit), proved to be six valuable points.

Game one saw Cobham take an early lead and come out overall with a 0-3 win. In the second game Cobham increased the intensity of play and took their chances coming out 0-9 winners. Goals were scored by six different players showing the depth of goal scorers, putting the team into 3rd place in the SYL Premier Division with games in hand. Two players were nominated for man of the match, Matthew Hawthorn and Joey Brian.

Next game is at home this Wednesday evening against Carshalton 7.45pm KO.
