Match Preview : Conwy Borough FC v Denbigh Town FC

Denbigh Town travel down the coast tomorrow for their game against Conwy Borough who are managed by Gareth [ Perry ] Thomas who was in charge at Central Park just a few seasons ago. He took over Conwy when they were in the Welsh Alliance and they stormed to promotion scoring over a hundred goals. They have now played played four league games this term losing the first two by the one goal and winning the last two by the one goal.

We could have another close encounter.

Denbigh have not had the best of starts but were boosted by a win against Bangor City but then rocked again by being dumped out of the Nathaniel MG cup after losing at home to Prestatyn on Tuesday.

We asked one of the manager duo, Dewi Llion, for his thoughts and he said " We are looking forward to the match tomorrow evening but we will have to perform better and work harder than we did on Tuesday to get anything. The players know this though and I am confident they will respond."
