Yesterday we shared a piece from The Times

By Mishi Morath

Also included alongside that article was a piece on Hamlet man Nathan Ferguson.

Filed under the heading SCOUTING REPORT here's what they had to say about him:

NATHAN FERGUSON Midfield/Forward
Age 21
Clubs Grays Athletic, Burton Albion, Dartford (loan), Port Vale, Southport (loan), Bromley
Attributes Quick, skilful, powerful
Has there been any interest?
Joined Dulwich Hamlet at the beginning of the season but still young enough to have ambitions to return to the Football League.
Report
Ferguson was deployed as a striker on Saturday, scoring the first goal-a low, left-footed drive from 20 yards out, his first for the club-and laid on the second with a perfectly weighted through ball for his strike partner Nana Boakye-Yiadom.
He caught the eye while playing for Grays in 2015 but has since only made a handful of appearances during an itinerant two years.
He is still only 21, however, and has joined a club, with a manager in Gavin Rose who has a reputation for developing players and often moving them on to the Football League.
Rose, a former Dulwich player, and a close friend of Rio Ferdinand, with whom he grew up in nearby Peckham, founded and runs the Aspire Academy, with his assistant manager Junior Kadi. George Elokobi, Simeon Jackson and Garath McCleary are three notable players who have moved on to professional ranks.
There are eight former academy players in the first team squad, although an injury-ravaged group meant that only a handful were on show on Saturday. Ferguson was excellent, however, displaying impressive technique coupled with power and pace that made him a danger throughout.
