16’s win away to Ellon

When the weather was wet and horrible in Dunfermline the U16’s travelled 3hours north ro play Ellon in th 1/4 final of the Scottish cup. Getting there a full 2 hours before kick off gave plenty of time to get the journey out of the legs.
The first half started well with tries from Niall, Olly and Ethan in the first 15 minutes before Ellon manage to get one back. Further first half tries from Owen, Joe and Cammy meant we had 38 points to Ellon’s 10 at half time.
With a yellow card just before 1/2 time Dunfermline started the 2nd half a man down but although scrappy compared to the first half scored another 4 tries from Olly(2), Joe and Cammy. Final score 62-17
