Roger Stanley former First XV Head Coach was nominated by ERFC Rugby Development Officer for our Volunteer of the Month.
Roger is instrumental showing continued dedication towards the Club by helping with local community engagement to promote our great sport and the Club.
Working alongside Ash Wigman providing coaching to schools around Eastbourne. Come rain, sun or more recently snow showers and freezing temperatures helping to deliver a deeper knowledge and understanding of Rugby, working alongside GCSE Physical Education students and extra-curricular clubs at the end of the school day.
