All new players will find a warm welcome at Harrow U14s so please come along and check us out!
We train and play on Sunday mornings between 10am and 12pm and the new rugby season starts on Sunday the 3rd of September 2023 and runs to the end of April 2024.
Come along to a training session and join in!
Mums and Dads are very welcome to make use of our clubhouse and cafe kitchen while the children are playing and we are always delighted to see new faces and make new friends.
It's free to try for a couple of sessions before you need to join and pay anything, so please come and give it a go.

All you need is sports kit and a gumshield to take part. At U14 we train and play competitive matches to the England Rugby Age Grade rugby standards, this includes contact. To ensure safety we do not allow anyone play contact forms of rugby without the proper equipment, training and skill development. At Harrow RFC our coaches are RFU qualified to ensure that every child takes part safely and gets the most out of the sport, enjoyment is also always a priority!
Our U14 squad compete in the Saracens Herts/Middlesex leagues against other clubs in both home and away matches. This makes for a great team spirit, players progress well at this age and can quickly develop their rugby skills. The core values of rugby - Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship really come together with the we play the game at Harrow RFC.
