Huntsville traveled strong to Memphis to take on a determined Dry Gulch side hoping to keep their own playoff aspirations alive. Huntsville's forwards had other ideas however, as they dominated the Dry Gulch pack in the scrums and breakdowns. Huntsville stuck to the game plan and focused on wearing down Dry Gulch's forwards through punishing crashes and pod work.
Dry Gulch never gave up and punished Huntsville a couple times for their mistakes and slow reaction to penalties called against them.
In the end, Huntsville prevailed 48-17 and are top of the table with one match to go before playoffs.
Huntsville next travels to Chattanooga on 1 April for the final league match to determine who takes the number one seed into playoffs.
