Walking Hockey with Headway Suffolk

As January came to a close, we hosted Headway Suffolk clients at Tuddenham Road for a Walking Hockey session.
Walking Hockey has become increasingly popular in recent years among players who are looking for a less physically demanding version of the game, but enjoy being involved in the team and social aspect.
All of the Headway attendees thoroughly enjoyed themselves and improved throughout the session.
We plan to take regular Walk Hockey sessions catering for everyone in the future.
