Great opportunity for players (and parents) to learn more about how to coach kids.

Martin Crossan, our RFU Community Rugby Coach, and Rick Gibbs are planning 2 internal sessions ie solely for Cosmos coaches and players.

These sessions will take place on Thursday 9 November and Thursday 30 November from 7pm to be held in the Clubhouse and on the floodlit training pitch.

Each session will be focused on coaching kids on the progression from tag to contact, ie coaching the introduction of the tackle, ruck & maul and scrum for the appropriate age groups. Session 2 will lead on from session 1 on the same topic.
