Highly-rated winger Tom Urwin (pictured) has been captured from Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division outfit Nantwich Town.
The 20-year-old joined the Dabbers in October 2011 from Kidsgrove Athletic and has previously spent two seasons on the books of Stoke City.
Urwin becomes Blues seventh new signing this week joining Karl Charlton, Ross Davidson, Sam Hall, Mark Ruddock, Rob Stevenson and Danny Smith at Harrison Park.
Town are also taking a look at goalkeeper Adam Leake on trial as regular number one Danny Roberts will be unavailable for the first two friendlies.
Leake, who hails from Crewe was recommended to the club by Neil Baker.
