Long Eaton Rugby are celebrating another league win this season after beating Lincoln 45-7 at home on Saturday 8th December.
The mighty blues came out as strong as ever, kicking off with a fantastic first 20 minutes of face-paced play, dominating the ball and scoring four quick tries.
LERFC slipped into complacency as the game went on, giving leeway for Lincoln to fight back with a converted try. The game still ended in victory for the blues, who had one of their strongest games of the season.
Man of the Match was awarded to second row Lewis Giddings, who scored four tries throughout the game – a remarkable achievement for his position.
Thanks to Pete Beresford and PJB Flooring for sponsoring the match and all of the supporters who came down to watch.
Long Eaton take on Southwell away in their next match on Saturday 16th December.
