At our recent AGM, President Davy Young announced that this season's Helping Hand award was to go to Kirsty Fisher.
This is in recognition of the enthusiasm and effort that she has displayed in fielding U15 and U18 girls teams.
We are one of the few clubs that can manage to field both girls' teams. It has involved recruiting new girls, as well as the coaches and support that goes with it.
Kirsty does all of this while spreading cheeriness and good spirit.
Kirsty was unfortunately not able to attend the AGM. So she recently collected her trophy when popping into the clubhouse (on Girls' team business).
Thanks, Kirsty, and congratulations.
PS The trophy was initially donated by ex-President John Little, who happened to be in the club house when Kirsty collected her trophy!
