CPD and Coaching update

Please let me know if you take them up and provide details of venue, date and completion, this enables me to keep our record of CPD up to date. Of course with the appropriate VAT receipt (the Leeds booking office will provide the receipt if contacted) you can claim the course costs back from the club.

I will be providing some guidance about what is needed to maintain coaching licences. The under eights going into nines did their level 1 very recently and we were told that there is a requirement to do a certain amount of CPD over a two year period to maintain our coaching licences. I’m sure that this applies more widely and the courses are great for providing us with the skills to provide the very best experience for our players.

There have been more spaces opened up for the Stratford Level 2 course starting this month. Age Grade CPDs that still require coaches for the courses to go ahead are U11s @ Stratford (1st July) and U12s @ Old Laurentians (15th July).
