Tigers for the 2nd week running went 6-0 up with ex Joes winger now converted to loose forward scored a well worked try under posts to give Ossett a well deserved lead after Liam Ward kicked the goal.
St Joes formally coached by Ossett coach Hagger battled back in style and got back 6-6 then out of no where St Joes centre Dean Bradshaw started throwing punches at Tigers winger Ward, and a 26 man brawl ensued and Ossett Hooker and Captain threw 1 too many punches for the referee and was sent off along with Joes centre Bradshaw.
This left Ossett without their talisman and with no real recognised half backs on the field Tigers was using young prop Taz Winstanley as a make shift 6, with Kyle Hammond running at 9 for the rest of the game both players fatigued.
Joes went on to score 24 unanswered points up until the last minute where strong running back rower Arron Williams scored a break away try to help the score line look better of 24-12
