Snowed off AGM rescheduled to mid-January
The rescheduled AGM is now on Monday 15th January 2018. It will start at 8pm at the club house and all members and players should attend to determine the future of the club.
The agenda is as follows:
1. Apologies
2. Minutes of previous AGM
3. Receive Chairman’s Report
4. Receive Treasurers Report and consider accounts
5. Decide on annual subscription and match fee as proposed by Treasurer
6. Receive welfare report
7. Election of Officers
8. Election of Committee
9. Election of Captains
10. Any Other Business as allowed by Chairman

The AGM will now take place on Monday January 15th. 8.00pm in the Bletchington clubhouse.
