Pershore’s social team got their campaign off to a terrific start with an away win over a strong Worcester outfit.

In a hard match, with old rivalry’s being renewed, tries from the effervescent Dave Snell, Ronnie Eksteen and Tom Rickman, allowed the visitors to sneak a victory from their Worcetser counterparts.

A good mix of youth and experience was the key, with some of the old heads directing the future stars and gaining a deserved victory.

The Social side continue their campaign in a fortnight with the visit of Bredon to Piddle Park.
